Please follow the instructions specified below for each type of specimen. Make sure items for mounting are cold prior to closing the bag. BirdsPlace the head against the chest and tuck under one wing. While keeping both wings folded shut, gently place into a freezer bag or outdoor garbage bag and lay in the freezer. Keep the bag open until the bird is cool to touch then seal tight. Varmints Put inside outdoor garbage bag and lay in the freezer. Keep the bag open until cool to touch then tie shut. Fish Wrap a wet towel/t-shirt around the fish while making sure to also fold in the ends to cover the head and tail. Next place inside an outdoor garbage bag and lay in the freezer. Leave the bag open until cool to touch then tie shut. Deer & Exotics Skin or Cape the animal. For a shoulder mount do not cut or disturb up past the brisket area. Put inside an outdoor garbage bag and lay in the freezer. Keep the bag open until cool to touch then tie shut.
